Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your merch! If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns and refunds work:
Returns
Because our merch is printed/produced on demand and inventory is limited, we only accept returns if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., the wrong size or item shipped). If your item arrived with a manufacturing issue or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the problem.
How to request a return
To start a return, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the defect, damage, or mistake
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your request, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved and give instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method once we receive the returned item (or we may offer a replacement if available). Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process once the item is received.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. In that case, we’ll cover return shipping.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct size or item exchanges. If you need a different size, place a new order and return the original item for a refund (if approved).
Non-returnable items
Custom items, sale/clearance items, and items that have been worn, washed, or used aren’t eligible for return unless they were defective or incorrect.
