Shipping and delivery

Thanks for supporting our band, we truly appreciate it! All merch orders are packed with care and shipped via Canada Post.

Order processing time

We ship once per week on Tuesday. Orders received before 11:59 PM EST the night before our weekly shipping day will go out that week. Orders placed after that cutoff will be shipped the following week. This helps us keep shipping efficient and consistent.

Delivery times

• Canada: Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipment.
• USA: Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after shipment.
• International: Delivery times vary by destination — usually 10–21 business days after shipment.
  

These are estimates from Canada Post and aren’t guaranteed. Delays can happen due to holidays, weather, or customs.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. If tracking is available for your destination, it will be included.

Tracking & notifications

When your order ships, you’ll receive a Canada Post tracking number (where available) via the email you provided at checkout. Use this number to track your package through Canada Post’s website.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, we aren’t responsible for transit delays. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t got your order, please contact us within 3 business days so we can help investigate with Canada Post.

Holidays & busy seasons

During major holidays or peak times, processing and delivery could take longer. We’ll update this policy if there are any scheduled shipping breaks.
